Yes. Every feature is free forever — unlimited events, unlimited photos, guest uploads, SMS/QR invites, face-match, product marketplace, order fulfilment, refunds, analytics, public profile page. No trials, no tiers, no monthly bills. We make our money from a small margin baked into each product a guest buys; you never pay us anything.

Every product a guest orders has three price layers: wholesale (paid to the print lab), platform margin (that's us), and your markup (that's you). The guest sees one final retail price. You always keep 100% of your markup — we only ever take our small platform margin, which is per-product, not per-photographer or per-month.

Any event with photos: weddings, christenings, birthdays, graduations, school formals, sports days, corporate events, Christmas parties, anniversaries, baby showers, concerts, conferences, marathons — anywhere a photographer or organiser has a gallery to share.

No. They get a private link via SMS, email, or a QR code you print at the event. They tap it, land straight in the gallery, browse, cart, and check out. No app, no account, no password.

No. Click 'Try free' anywhere on the site and you're dropped straight into a working dashboard with a demo event. Save your account later when you want to keep the work.

Yes — every event can allow guest uploads. Print a QR code at the event, guests scan it and add their phone photos alongside your professional shots. Photographer can moderate before publishing.

Prints (5×7 to 11×14), framed photos, canvas prints (up to 24×36), hardcover photo books, mugs, magnet packs, greeting cards, wall calendars, and high-res digital downloads. Set your own markup on each.

In production we use global print fulfilment partners (Prodigi and similar) with 50+ labs worldwide. Orders route to the nearest lab automatically. In the current MVP, orders are recorded and you fulfil manually while we validate the model.

Guests take one selfie and the platform shows only the photos they're in. Massive conversion lift for large galleries — nobody wants to scroll 800 photos. Free for every event.

Yes. At checkout, guests can pick 'Send as a gift' and enter a different shipping address plus a gift message. The recipient gets the product without ever seeing the price.

Yes. You retain full copyright on every file uploaded. We're a distribution and checkout tool — the images and the customer relationship are yours.

You can restrict a gallery to invited guests only (each SMS invite carries a signed token). You can hide individual photos. Face-match is always opt-in per guest, never automatic. Recommended for christenings, school events, and any children's photography.

Conservative math: a 150-guest event with 40% open rate and 30% purchase conversion = about 18 orders. Average basket $45 with a mix of prints + one canvas or book pushes to $60+. That's $800-$1,000 gross per event — and you keep every dollar of your markup.

Nothing changes — your account and galleries stay live indefinitely. Everything is free. If you want to delete an event or your entire account, you can do that from the dashboard any time.

Yes — collected at guest checkout based on their shipping address and remitted through our fulfilment partner (production only).

White-label with a custom domain is on the roadmap. For now every gallery lives at photo.hades.ae/g/<your-slug> and your public portfolio at photo.hades.ae/p/<your-slug>. Both slugs are fully customisable.
